Michael Di Risio is an associate at Pearsall Marshall LLP, practicing in labour and employment, corporate and commercial law, and civil litigation. He supports employees and employers with employment policies, agreements, and litigation, and advises businesses on purchases, sales, commercial agreements, and governance, including not-for-profits.
