Dustin practises in the areas of real estate, wills and incapacity planning, and estate administration (probate). He has acted and accepts appointments as Executor, Trustee, and Attorney under a Power of Attorney.
Dustin works out of Infinity Law’s Broadmead, Westshore, and Downtown offices. He does his best to accommodate out-of-office and off-hour appointments when requested.
Prior to practising at Infinity Law, Dustin was partner of a firm recognized as one of Canada’s top wills, trusts, and estate law boutiques. He takes pride in providing experienced, clear, and practical advice to his clients.
