Our principal lawyer, Harinder S. Gahir has rich experience in adjudication and arbitration. He is a former Vice Chair of Licence Appeal Tribunal, Ontario (2006 to 2018) and a former Chairperson of C.P.P. Review Tribunals (2005 - 2008). He successfully represented his clients before Immigration Division, Immigration Appeal Division of the Refugee Board, Human Rights Tribunal, Federal Court of Canada and other levels of Courts. Our Associate Lawyer, Paljinder Mahaar is experienced in Personal Injury and Civil Litigation
