We are a law firm in North York serving clients both in and out of Ontario, whose matters require knowledge of the law in Ontario, Canada. We practice elder law, wills and estates, and civil litigation. Our goal is to assist older adults with their legal needs.
Walk-in appointments are not accepted. We mainly work from home and connect with our clients remotely, via phone or video conference. In-person meetings, including home visits, must be arranged by appointment. Initial strategy sessions cost $500 plus HST, payable upon booking.
Our principal lawyer hosts free legal information sessions for older adults in Ontario. We provide public legal information sessions to organizations on request.
