Simon completed his articles with Lindsay Kenney prior to joining the firm as an associate. Before moving to Canada and working with Lindsay Kenney, Simon worked for a boutique Massachusetts law firm where he focused on complex litigation files. He spent the last 6 years representing clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including in the areas of whistleblower law, medical malpractice, customs fraud, and pharmaceutical and healthcare fraud.
