Changes and cancellation requests

Contact lawyers@canadalawyers.net with your office name and booking reference. Renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be confirmed in the order agreement before purchase; automatic recurring billing is not currently connected.
How to request a change
Email the office name, account email, order reference and requested change. Explain whether you want to change a package, stop a future renewal or cancel an advertising booking. Do not email payment-card details or your inbox passphrase.
Review of cancellations
Cancellation dates, refunds, notice periods and any services already delivered are assessed against the terms agreed for the order and applicable requirements. Do not assume a refund or a cancellation date until you receive confirmation. These pages do not replace your order agreement.
After a subscription ends
Features that require an active package may become unavailable, including contact publication and profile editing. A directory record may remain available with restricted contact details. Account deletion and correction requests are separate from cancellation requests.
