What to include in a report
Send the profile or page link, a concise description of the issue and a way to contact you. For a registration or booking, include its reference if available. Provide only the information necessary to investigate; do not attach client files.
What administration can review
Administration can review directory accuracy, ownership requests, advertising enquiries, service access and message delivery metadata. It cannot read your encrypted inbox content or recover your inbox passphrase. Describe a messaging issue without disclosing privileged information.
Legal and urgent matters
Support manages the directory service, not your legal case. Contact your lawyer directly about an active matter or deadline. For concerns about a lawyer’s professional conduct, consult the relevant provincial or territorial regulator. Use appropriate emergency services for immediate danger.
